Customer Service Desk role managing customer portfolio at DLL, ensuring customer needs are met and resolved efficiently. Engaging with various stakeholders to maintain relationships and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Gestione delle richieste e delle comunicazioni dei clienti tramite telefono, email e PEC.
Interazione con diverse funzioni aziendali per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse.
Monitoraggio e follow-up delle segnalazioni ricevute fino alla loro completa risoluzione.
Supporto nella gestione delle relazioni con clienti e fornitori, garantendo un servizio efficiente e professionale.
Supporto nella fatturazione attiva e passiva (clienti e fornitori).
Verifica e registrazione delle fatture secondo le procedure aziendali.
Collaborazione con l’ufficio contabilità per la corretta imputazione dei documenti fiscali.
Archiviazione e gestione documentale delle pratiche amministrative.
Requirements
Precedente esperienza in contesti strutturati (5 anni minimo)
Pregressa e consolidata esperienza nel customer service / assistenza clienti
Motivazione, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane.
Propensione al lavoro in team e buone capacità relazionali.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B1/B2
