CRM & Sales Systems Administrator supporting teams with Oracle CX Sales and Eloqua. Responsible for maintaining CRM systems, data accuracy, reporting, and workflow processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with administration and configuration of Oracle CX Sales and Eloqua, including workflows, permissions, and system updates.
Maintain data integrity across contacts, leads, inventory, and transactions.
Support user account setup, access management, and CRM/marketing automation-related questions.
Build and maintain standard dashboards, reports, and analytics for Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance.
Assist with onboarding new hires, CRM and Eloqua access, and basic system training.
Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance.
Help implement workflow rules and automations under guidance.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance teams to support campaigns, email communications, and digital initiatives.
Support timely delivery of sales reporting and insights to leadership.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, sales operations, or a related support role.
Exposure to Oracle CX Sales, Eloqua, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms preferred.
Basic reporting and analytics skills, including Excel; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment.
