Project Manager in Marketing Operations at Dimensional, responsible for facilitating and delivering global marketing campaigns and materials. Collaborating with sales, investment teams, and executive leadership to ensure effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the proper intake, routing, and publishing of projects including capturing project scopes to meet established deadlines.
Creates schedules and assigns projects to internal team of presentation specialists, designers, production artists, and editors.
Displays exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork.
Manages global projects with stakeholders and key members of the Canada, APAC, and EMEA business teams.
Analyzes requests and understands total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources, ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of event support.
Routes projects through the project lifecycle while completing stakeholder signoffs, Legal and Compliance approvals, and tracks necessary quality control revisions.
Understands the duties and strengths of fellow teammates.
Ensure resources are aligned and everyone is working toward a common objective.
Maintains regular communication with Marketing teams and internal clients for early detection of issues.
Use metrics wisely to help identify project areas that might need attention.
Partner with stakeholders including sales, product and investment teams as well as marketing leads to ensure projects meet business needs and alert them to any changes that affect costs, quality, or deadlines.
Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure marketing collateral has been published appropriately.
Identify and implement process improvements to continually streamline workflows and build consistency.
Work on ad-hoc projects to support business needs as directed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising, with a focus on internal communications and/or brand management.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
Must be highly organized and results-oriented.
Excellent relationship, persuasion/influence, presentation and communication (verbal/written) skills and a professional client service mind-set.
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations.
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
Must be process-driven, but flexible.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Experience working in a marketing or creative environment.
Background in the financial services industry preferred.
Ability to work with details and ensure accuracy, while maintaining a big picture focus.
