Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our performance campaigns and continuously develop new approaches
Calculate proposal pricing and margins
Request and evaluate proposals from marketing and media partners
Set up campaign tracking for the Dentsu Private Network for display, paid social, email campaigns, Google Ads, and video inventory, including ad creative tracking and hosting
Monitor tracking — responsible for ensuring KPIs are met
Analyze campaign performance, trends, the market, and competitors
Build a strong network, both internally within Dentsu and with external partners
Requirements
Professional experience in display or social on the client or agency side
Managerial experience in online marketing, performance marketing, search advertising, display advertising, or digital marketing
You understand client needs and can translate them into actionable operational tasks
Proactively contribute ideas
Excellent English skills
