Senior Analyst managing HR operating model analytics and financial management for APAC at dentsu. Supporting workforce investments and organizational design initiatives across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Managing the region’s HR Operating model analytics, progress and commercial process to ensure Cluster consistency and optimization.
Support Organizational Effectiveness modelling, capability analysis and support detailed workforce composition analysis across APAC markets.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to optimize workforce investments and understand market trends.
Lead HR budgeting and financial management for APAC, partner with Finance and HR to align workforce costs with business strategy.
Develop and maintain workforce cost models and track HR operating model costs.
Drive comprehensive workforce composition and analytics, conducting FTE ratio reviews and cost benchmarking.
Prepare market-level reports to inform strategic workforce planning.
Support organizational design and job architecture initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in HR/Finance budgeting, workforce analytics, and organizational design.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday preferable).
Demonstrated expertise in HR budgeting, workforce composition analysis, and understanding of org design methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in complex, multi-country environments and matrix organizations.
