About the role
- Clinical Implementation Specialist delivering training and implementation support in digital dentistry. Involves extensive travel to customer sites for training on imaging and digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person clinical education, training, and implementation support at customer sites
- Train clinicians on digital dentistry workflows including CBCT imaging and CAD/CAM solutions
- Provide clinical and workflow support to customers and internal teams
- Identify workflow gaps and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and maintain teaching materials
- Share field feedback to improve training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Medical Technology, or related field
- Strong clinical background with hands-on experience in digital dentistry workflows
- Demonstrated success delivering in-person clinical training and coaching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage a field schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to ~75%)
