Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global web strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality user experiences.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of developers, editors, and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Implement processes and standards to ensure consistency, performance, and quality across all web channels.
- Collaborate closely with global business units, marketing teams, local markets, IT, and external partners to deliver innovative web solutions.
- Ensure web channel knowledge and skills are shared across the organization through training programs and editorial support.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
