About the role
- Senior Consultant providing technical support for Windows 11 workstations while collaborating with Delta Technologies. Participating in various deployment and migration projects, ensuring service continuity.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations
- Provide Level 3 technical support
- Participate in workstation projects: deployments, migrations, and integrations
- Administer and operate MECM tools (SCCM & Intune)
- Assist users and ensure continuity of service
- Contribute to Delta's development tribe/team
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues
Requirements
- Excellent command of Windows 11
- Strong knowledge of MECM (SCCM & Intune)
- Proven experience in desktop/workstation support
- Ability to resolve complex incidents
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
- Fluent in English and French required; additional language(s) are a plus
