Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for questions, issues, and enhancements related to business systems and applications.
Coordinate system updates, configurations, and maintenance activities with internal teams and external partners.
Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for system access, permissions, and user provisioning.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external companies, including software vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Facilitate communication, issue tracking, and follow-up on requests between internal users and external technical teams.
Monitor external service performance and escalate concerns or unmet expectations as needed.
Support the preparation of reports or dashboards related to system activity or operational performance.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in business systems support, application administration, or a similar coordination role
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience coordinating with external vendors or service providers
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or collaboration platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow)
Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, or workflow automation.
