Responsibilities
Contribute to shaping scalable and reliable services that support Philips’ healthcare technology solutions
Ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex, cross-functional environments
Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end service delivery processes
Ensure alignment of processes, data, and systems to enable efficient, scalable, and compliant service operations
Monitor process performance and adoption, driving continuous improvement using data and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in applicable functional domain, in combination with Project Management, Change Management, Lean Manufacturing or equivalent
Strong skills in process design and modelling, data analysis, and working with IT systems and integrations
Proven stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive and structured mindset
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred)
Familiarity with global service operations or Professional Services processes (preferred)
