About the role

  • Business Process Expert supporting the design and improvement of service delivery processes at Philips. Focused on operational excellence in healthcare technology solutions to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping scalable and reliable services that support Philips’ healthcare technology solutions
  • Ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end service delivery processes
  • Ensure alignment of processes, data, and systems to enable efficient, scalable, and compliant service operations
  • Monitor process performance and adoption, driving continuous improvement using data and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in applicable functional domain, in combination with Project Management, Change Management, Lean Manufacturing or equivalent
  • Strong skills in process design and modelling, data analysis, and working with IT systems and integrations
  • Proven stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive and structured mindset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with global service operations or Professional Services processes (preferred)
