Responsibilities

- Your mission: make every client onboarding and project run smoothly while building the operational bricks that help Vocca scale faster and smarter.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and configure the solution to fit their needs.
- Manage enterprise client projects: scope, plan, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery.
- Solve client-specific challenges with creativity and problem-solving.
- Identify bottlenecks in our internal workflows and simplify them.
- Improve cross-team communication (product, tech, sales) so that information flows faster and cleaner.
- Structure client feedback and channel it into the product roadmap.
