Responsibilities
Act as the Lithuanian market intelligence and commercial strategy partner
Translate competitor insights and market trends into actionable pricing, product, and credit recommendations
Develop a deep understanding of the Lithuanian lending market landscape and internal commercial model
Provide regular, actionable market insights to the Country Manager and HQ stakeholders
Influence pricing and campaign decisions based on competitor and trend analysis
Support optimization of acquisition funnels and campaign mechanics
Anticipate competitor moves and explain the 'why' behind them
Strengthen the country’s commercial positioning through data-backed insight
Requirements
Experience within a Lithuanian payday lender, consumer installment lender, or BNPL company (required)
Strong understanding of pricing campaigns and acquisition funnels
Ability to interpret competitor moves beyond surface-level observation
