Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you support our corporate clients competently with all questions, concerns, and issues.
You build close, trusting relationships and maintain ongoing contact.
You lead onboarding and webinars for our B2B clients and their employees.
You coordinate projects, track their progress, and ensure agreed objectives are met.
In close collaboration with internal teams, you work to continuously improve our services and processes.
You collect valuable feedback from our B2B and B2C customers, analyze it, and provide relevant input to our product, sales, and leadership teams.
You also produce regular structured reports on project and customer status that serve as the basis for further collaboration.
Requirements
You have experience in the insurance and/or banking sector.
You hold a valid license under §34d GewO (insurance broker or representative) or an equivalent qualification.
Customer satisfaction and long-term client care are your top priorities.
You can communicate complex information clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.
Working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is part of your daily routine.
You have strong negotiation and communication skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
