Responsibilities
Own end-to-end analysis of pricing and sales performance across products and channels.
Build pragmatic and scalable pricing tools and dashboards.
Lead and continuously evolve Pricing MBRs and QBRs.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives across pricing, discounting, and revenue growth.
Act as a trusted analytical partner to Pricing and Deal Desk teams.
Partner closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to spot trends.
Requirements
Significant experience in pricing, revenue effectiveness, or analytics roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Metabase, including building dashboards, pricing and sales tools, and customer segmentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to independently drive work from problem definition to impact.
