Responsibilities
Supports the organization’s compensation and workforce analytics functions
Responsible for compensation analysis, salary administration, market benchmarking, and reporting to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
Assists with physician compensation reconciliation and provides workforce analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization
Provides data-driven insights that support workforce planning, pay equity, and total rewards strategies
Requirements
3 years’ experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis
Ability to translate data into clear insights for leadership
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics platforms preferred
Familiarity with physician compensation models and productivity metrics (wRVUs) preferred
