About the role
- Junior Network Data Analyst assisting with network support for IT consulting company. Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues while collaborating with teams in diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in monitoring and supporting network transport, routing, DNS, and load balancing
- Supporting Citrix NetScaler/ADC and Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) operations
- Helping troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application delivery issues
- Performing routine network maintenance under supervision
- Participating in network lifecycle activities, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery testing
- Maintaining documentation and learning best practices from senior team members
Requirements
- Basic experience or education in networking, IT infrastructure, or systems administration
- Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler/ADC or Infoblox DDI is a plus
- Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network fundamentals
- Interest in network automation (Python, Ansible) and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, TCP/IP basics)
- Willingness to learn cloud networking and disaster recovery concepts
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
