About the role
- IAM Analyst managing identity provisioning and access requirements for the credit union. Responsible for system requirements gathering and knowledge base maintenance for user management.
Responsibilities
- Provisioning, deprovisioning and maintaining least privilege through automation or manual efforts
- Gathering system requirements for automation of user provisioning
- User access control design, review, and modification
- Maintain knowledge base on user management for 100+ systems
- Assist with configuration tasks in IAM system
- Gathering and implementing file access management requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience commensurate with 1-2 years’ experience
- Experience with IAM management and compliance
- Familiarity with security software, tools, and equipment
- 1+ years of knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial institution environment
- Ability to adapt to technology and regulatory changes
- Possess strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Good sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently with some direction and follow-up
- Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and project management skills
- Good written and presentation skills with the emphasis of leading and facilitating discussions, directing meetings, and documenting follow-up requirements
- Good knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security environments
