- Forex Country Manager responsible for business development and sales in Vietnam. Leading client acquisition and managing partnerships with Introducing Brokers for market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investing’s market share in Vietnam.
- Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
- Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.
- Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
- Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must.
- Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
