About the role

Responsibilities
- Drives the development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Director support.

- Builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks.
- Formerly or informally manages analysts to advance projects.
- Leverages a hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities in partnership with leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 3-5 years experience in a strategic, program management, or operational leadership role (required)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
- At least one year of project management experience (required)
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, preventative care models, and/or integrated care models (preferred)
