Responsibilities
Reviewing and approving documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy
Advising management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions
Providing guidance and advice to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies in order to meet schedules and resolve technical problems
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect the company
Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development across the Customer division
Monitoring, measuring and reporting on department operational issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timelines
Responsible for implementing a principle driven health and safety culture that cares for employees and ensures their safety in line with Datacom policy
Requirements
Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
Strong business acumen
10+ years of Account Management experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in relevant technical environment
Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams. Financial management, including cost estimation and budget tracking and reporting
Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
