About the role

Responsibilities
- Map and prospect potential strategic partners to build new business partnerships in Home Care and In-Company services;
- Model potential partnerships in Home Care and In-Company with these strategic partners;
- Lead the development of business cases for potential new (internal and external) Home Care and In-Company initiatives;
- Plan and model new operational and business model proposals using the existing internal structure — POC pipeline;
- Optimize and consolidate the In-Company operating model;
- Prepare supporting materials, reports, and executive status presentations;
- Manage the New Business portfolio for Home Care and In-Company services, including creating and tracking success indicators (KPIs);
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, new business, or business expansion;
- Analytical profile with experience in P&L and income statement (DRE) analyses and a macro-level financial perspective;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions and seniority levels;
- Creative and business-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency in business modeling methodologies and feasibility analysis tools;
