- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture focused on engagement and empowerment
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all sites
- Optimize footprint and capacity by partnering with finance, supply chain, and HR on plant setups, consolidation, expansion, regionalization and technology transfers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership within an international industrial or technology company
- Proven success in leading multiple plants or large-scale operations across different countries and cultures
- Strong track record in driving SQDC and productivity improvements, with experience in lean manufacturing and KPI-driven management
- Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
- Fluent in English; Danish or Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally
