Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence (OpsEx) Initiatives: Spearheading and managing a portfolio of OpsEx initiatives aimed at optimizing IT Infrastructure processes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various IT and business teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT operations or service management role, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
