As a Werkstudent in Revenue Operations, you'll support Damovo's marketing and sales efforts leveraging tools like Salesforce and analytics. Gain insights into data-driven decision making in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
Support revenue and marketing projects with a focus on Salesforce, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
Assist with Salesforce campaign management, e.g., maintenance, evaluation and documentation of campaigns
Contribute across the project lifecycle: from setup and data maintenance to performance analyses and optimization
Create and maintain reports and dashboards (leads, conversion rates, pipeline, campaign performance)
Support data-driven analyses to derive insights for marketing and sales decisions
Collaborate on optimizing lead management with Sales Operations (lead scoring, handover processes, KPIs)
Support documentation and improvement of operational processes between Marketing and Sales
Actively participate in quality assurance and governance of customer data in the CRM system
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Communications or a comparable field
Strong interest in Revenue Operations, marketing & sales processes and data analysis
Analytical thinking and a structured, careful way of working
Initial experience with CRM, marketing or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
Very good German and good English skills
Curiosity, self‑initiative and willingness to work into complex contexts
