Responsibilities
- Fault analysis and root-cause investigation in enterprise LAN/WLAN and security environments, including communication with the vendor
- Support in developing complex design and integration concepts for enterprise LAN/WLAN and security environments within the Cisco ecosystem
- Advise our clients on network architecture, design, and operations
- Implement changes and upgrades in customer networks
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
- Proven experience implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN, and security solutions
- Knowledge of SDN (Cisco Catalyst Center, SD-Access) desirable
- Ideally hold Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, Wireless, or equivalent or higher)
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Independent and structured working style, and ability to work in a team
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- ITIL knowledge and certification desirable
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills for direct client contact
