Responsibilities
Fault analysis and root-cause investigation in enterprise LAN/WLAN and security environments, including communication with the vendor
Support in developing complex design and integration concepts for enterprise LAN/WLAN and security environments within the Cisco ecosystem
Advise our clients on network architecture, design, and operations
Implement changes and upgrades in customer networks
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
Proven experience implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN, and security solutions
Knowledge of SDN (Cisco Catalyst Center, SD-Access) desirable
Ideally hold Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, Wireless, or equivalent or higher)
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and structured working style, and ability to work in a team
Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
ITIL knowledge and certification desirable
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills for direct client contact
