Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance modern IT system landscapes
- Install, configure and administer Microsoft environments (servers, clients, M365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents independently and as part of a team
- Ensure stable IT services through monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization
- Manage the lifecycle of existing infrastructures and contribute to the design of new solutions
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL or equivalent)
- Several years of practical experience in IT operations, administration or support
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & client, Active Directory / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
- Proven experience in installation, configuration & administration — you don’t just know the systems, you master them
- Solution-oriented mindset & initiative — you take ownership and drive tasks to completion
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for team collaboration
