Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding of new employees.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail when drafting contracts and other HR documents.
Develop attraction and retention strategies tailored to the manufacturing environment.
Provide compassionate, dedicated support to managers and employees.
Promote a positive, collaborative and respectful work environment.
Handle sensitive situations with rigor and empathy.
Contribute to workplace health, safety, and well‑being.
Participate in performance management, training, and talent development.
Support compensation, pay equity, and benefits processes.
Ensure legal compliance and rigorous maintenance of HR records.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and encourage innovation in HR practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role; exposure to the U.S. market is an asset.
Membership in the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines and/or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is an asset.
Practical knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
Knowledge of Canadian labour/employment laws.
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to manage multiple files/projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Bilingual (French and English) required to collaborate with our American and Western Canadian partners.
Payroll processing knowledge is an asset.
