Requirements

- Experience in evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or partnership analysis is a plus;
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Japanese (spoken and written);
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and think holistically;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
