Responsibilities
Provide client support on most functional and data related matters
Triage production support requests for pushing to the correct teams and action
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the team on production client support
Communicate with clients on their questions and issues
Ability to be an escalation level for clients
Oversee daily reconciliation process
Participate in the software delivery process to d1g1t clients including testing, documenting system usage and operational processes and training users
Help build the best possible experience for our clients
In collaboration with the team, understand client current and future requirements
Maintain knowledge base & internal documentation that would enable effective client support & improve client experience
Act as a strategic partner to product teams
Identify product requirements that would drive operational efficiencies
Requirements
Undergraduate degree with a quantitative or business focus
2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Previous client support experience required including experience answering and guiding client questions and concerns
A strong preference for experience in financial services or investment management
Ability to guide and support team members as needed
Strong initiative and proactive problem solver
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills are a must
Strong communication and active listening skills
Passionate about client success and supporting clients
Strong interest in finance and wealth management space with the desire to learn
