Responsibilities
Manage sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity and telesales programs
Sell, cross-sell, up-sell, and retain through the use of the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio
Support organization by reducing acquisition costs and increasing field agent productivity
Own member relationship and serve as the primary contact for member inquiries
Document call interactions and manage lead protocols
Requirements
4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience of selling multiple Medicare products (i.e., Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement)
Life & Health insurance license is not required to be employed, but must be obtained within 60 days from the employment start date
Active use of computer for job activities
Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone
Excellent communication and listening skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers
High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly perform basic mathematical operations without a calculator
