Responsibilities
Responsible for executing and owning investigations into Employee Relations concerns
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and allegations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies
Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations
Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on policy-related issues
Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports
Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant overall experience
At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience
Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and project management skills
Master’s degree preferred
