About the role

  • Project Manager for Cumming Group managing small to medium construction projects. Support full project management processes and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full range of project management processes including scope, budget, reporting, planning, client interaction, and contract administration
  • Take proactive responsibility for small to medium projects (approx. NOK 10–100M)
  • Represent Cumming Group to clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Assist with risk and value management, including workshops and project risk registers
  • Manage contract administration, monthly reporting, and chair project meetings
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work outputs while supporting senior PMs as needed

Requirements

  • Degree qualified (industry or non-industry)
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in the construction industry
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders and motivating teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification
  • Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Risk Management are an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of construction industry practices and technical matters
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with clients and colleagues alike
  • Understanding of HS&E (HMS) legislation
