About the role
- Senior Project Manager managing OR renovation projects from purchase order through completion at Stryker. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- A n OR Renovation Senior Project Manager manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion.
- Success in this role will require an in-depth knowledge of construction, construction management and project management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders representing all areas of the business.
- Assists the regional Program Manager to deliver convincing presentations of Stryker solutions to all customer stakeholders.
- Identifies Renovation project scope; coordinates with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, 3rd Party Vendors and Direct Customers to identify goals, schedule, budget, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
- Provides detailed and accurate weekly revenue forecasting updates to higher level management outlining revenue recognition for a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- B.B.A or B.S in business or related curriculum
- 6 + of related experience required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Preferred construction project management experience.
- Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
