About the role

  • Project Manager managing technology projects for Allwyn Lottery Solutions, a leader in digital lottery solutions. Ensuring delivery, alignment, and communication across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain clear project plans, milestones, scope and timelines.
  • Track progress and ensure plans remain realistic and actionable.
  • Monitor delivery health, manage risks, dependencies and changes.
  • Support impact assessment and maintain control over scope and priorities.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Delivery and other stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, resolve blockers and drive actions to completion.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support shaping and structuring work before execution.
  • Run governance, maintain RAID logs and ensure follow-through on actions.
  • Provide clear reporting on status, risks, decisions and next steps.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and functions.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and planning sessions.
  • Communicate clearly and support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, workstreams or delivery initiatives across complex, multi-team environments, ideally within the lottery, gaming or wider technology sectors.
  • Proven experience managing project plans, governance, RAID and delivery reporting in technology-led environments.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of maintaining delivery control, momentum and follow-through across defined scopes of work.
  • Experience working across Agile, hybrid and phased delivery environments.
  • Good understanding of project governance, dependency management, milestone tracking and change control.
  • Strong working knowledge of project and delivery management tooling, including the ability to manage plans, dependencies, RAID and reporting using tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience operating in regulated, high-accountability or enterprise environments is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM or equivalent are desirable.
