About the role
- Infrastructure Project Manager handling global infrastructure projects for Marsh. Delivering excellence on multiple projects with a focus on IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes
- Create and maintain all documents that support the PMO Methodology
- Collate and track program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a projects lifecycle
- Ensure methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects
- Deliver with excellence on Infrastructure Projects typically involving large volumes of servers and databases remediations
- Manage the delivery of multiple global infrastructure projects using our proven project management framework
- Accurately report and present the status of assigned projects to IT Executive Management
- Drive and manage cross-functional project teams towards successful project delivery
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the transitions
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Infrastructure and Project Management Domain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in infrastructure and project management domain
- Should have at least 2 ~ 4 small to mid-size successful projects experience as a PM
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent managerial skills and expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools and templates
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management skills, and analytical capabilities with proven record of accomplishment to adapt to new technologies/Processes
