Responsibilities
Win and close major deals with large financial institutions, banks, and fintech companies, working through complex buying processes with multiple decision makers and regulatory considerations
Set the pace in the office: run in-person deal reviews, debrief after calls, and establish a clear weekly rhythm that others can follow
Lead by example when it comes to finding new business, including senior outreach, conference networking, and working with partners
Document what good looks like - from how we message to customers, to how we handle objections and structure deals, so others can learn and repeat it
Work closely with our Growth and Product teams to develop materials and campaigns that help move large accounts forward
Keep an accurate view of your deals and be able to clearly explain where things stand, what the risks are, and how you plan to address them
Requirements
Has 10 to 15+ years of experience selling complex software or data products to large businesses and financial institutions
Has a strong track record of winning large deals and building lasting relationships with senior decision makers
Shows up, sets the standard, and takes their work seriously without needing to be managed
Knows how to raise the performance of the people around them, even without a formal management title
Has a network across banks, fintech companies, and crypto firms in New York, or the ability to build one quickly
