HR & Systems Administrator overseeing HR administration across the UK, France, and Europe. Supporting employee lifecycle, compliance, and operational processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Support People Operations and HR administration across the UK, France, and European EoR countries, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and HR admin queries
Maintain and administer our HRIS (Deel), including data integrity, workflows, permissions, and process support for HRBPs and managers
Support HR compliance through accurate employment documentation, policy localisation, and regional administration
Manage benefits administration and provide People-side payroll support for the UK and France
Support London office operations, including office supplies, access management, vendor coordination, and laptop provisioning and returns
Requirements
Experience in an HR administration or People Operations role with strong execution ownership
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
1+ year of experience handling French HR administration is a plus
Strong understanding of UK HR administration fundamentals
Comfortable owning HR systems, documentation, and data quality
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
