- IT System Administrator focusing on Microsoft-Serverumgebungen at 3iMedia GmbH. Engaging in tech support, system documentation, and complex systems in own Data Center.
Responsibilities
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Microsoft-Serverumgebungen
- Betreuung und Support von Kundensystemen (1st und 2nd Level), remote sowie vor Ort
- Pflege von Systemdokumentationen und Betriebshandbüchern
- Betreuung komplexer Systeme in unserem eigenen Data Center
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung.
Requirements
- Mehr als 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT, besonders im Microsoft-Umfeld (M365, Azure)
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in (Systemintegration) oder vergleichbares IT-Studium
- Idealerweise Know-How zu SOPHOS Firewalls, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID
- Zertifizierungen wie AZ-500 oder MS-500 sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Teamplayer*in mit offener Kommunikation – Feedback gehört dazu
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
