About the role
- Administrator overseeing network and system infrastructures at AFNOR. Ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency of technology services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor and evolve network infrastructures (switches, access points, routers, firewalls, WAN interconnections, VPN)
- Ensure network security and access control
- Administer telephony (fixed/mobile/VoIP)
- Ensure availability and continuity of service
- Handle user requests and provide level 2/3 support
- Keep the operational network diagrams up to date
- Ensure the operational readiness of system infrastructures, databases and services/applications
- Contribute to IT system evolution projects
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science (Master’s level or engineering school)
- Specialization in systems/network administration or cybersecurity
- 4 to 7 years' experience in network administration
- 1 to 2 years' experience in systems administration
- Strong understanding of interactions between systems, networks and security
- Dual skillset expected
- Experience in critical environments (24/7 availability, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Security Operations Center (SOC))
- Technical English: TOEIC 750
