Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the spare parts warehouse across the EMEA region
- Management of the operational processes in the Parts Center
- Leading a team of approximately 35 employees
- Ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
- Implementation of occupational health and safety standards
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Ensuring high material availability through professional maintenance of master data
- Managing warehouse operations including returns management
- Responsibility for international shipping
- Responsible for budget planning as well as monitoring costs and investments
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Supply Chain, Spare Parts Management, Logistics)
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP ECC/EWM, ShipERP, GTS)
