Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the spare parts warehouse across the EMEA region
Management of the operational processes in the Parts Center
Leading a team of approximately 35 employees
Ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
Implementation of occupational health and safety standards
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
Ensuring high material availability through professional maintenance of master data
Managing warehouse operations including returns management
Responsibility for international shipping
Responsible for budget planning as well as monitoring costs and investments
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Requirements
Degree in industrial engineering, business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Supply Chain, Spare Parts Management, Logistics)
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
Experience with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP ECC/EWM, ShipERP, GTS)
