Responsibilities
Receive and process financing operations that have already been approved, ensuring the closing workflow is followed carefully and completely;
Act as the focal point in the final stage, supporting any questions from clients and sales representatives;
Provide instructions regarding documentation, ensuring there are no errors that could invalidate or delay the transaction;
Perform occasional in-person assistance at the store, offering practical support so the client feels secure and completes the transaction;
Support the sale of convenience products, considering Creditas' complete "offer package";
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid operational errors.
Requirements
Knowledge of vehicle financing products (Creditas, Itaú, BV, etc.) is a plus;
Ability to argue persuasively, use tact and flexibility to handle objections and guide clients while ensuring the security of the process;
Desirable: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, instruct and ensure clarity in all closing interactions;
Availability to work a hybrid schedule, with visits to the service point at Shopping Cidade São Paulo (2–3 times per week and 1 Saturday per month).
