Responsibilities
Responsible for leading projects across all sales channels, with a focus on the customer experience;
Create dashboards that include key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives (OKRs);
Identify innovative solutions to address a variety of operational challenges aimed at improving the customer experience;
Serve as the primary point of contact for issues related to physical stores;
Research and apply market best practices to optimize store operations;
Develop and refine operational processes to enhance the customer experience and drive sales across all stores in the network;
Use data analysis and performance indicators to ensure processes are executed consistently;
Conduct store visits to gain insights into business operations and their impact on the customer experience;
Manage the department budget, including incentives, and ensure compliance with the budget cycle;
Maintain regular contact with regional managers and store teams to align strategies and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
Preferred: 2 years of experience in the role;
Advanced Excel and advanced Power BI;
Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro (Hybrid — up to 2 days remote).
