Responsibilities
Manage the collections portfolio — initial phase — conducting direct collections with Creditas customers;
Collect on accounts in the portfolio by identifying reasons for customer delinquency and proposing effective solutions to reduce defaults;
Communicate in a personalized, empathetic, consultative, informative and comprehensive manner with customers, aiming to provide the best possible experience during the collections process;
Provide customer support and answer questions about the product and the process via email, phone (auto-dialer), chat and WhatsApp.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Proven professional experience in Collections and in the customer journey;
Proven experience handling high-volume processes and workloads;
Knowledge of multiple channels (auto-dialer, email and chat);
Excellent written and spoken Portuguese;
Strong organization and attention to detail;
Agility, resilience and ability to work under pressure;
Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous process improvement;
Quick, proactive reasoning to understand and resolve issues;
Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once per week.
