Responsibilities
Calling delinquent customers to resolve outstanding bills
Handling overflow calls from the Blue Ridge call center
Acting as a Customer Service agent for inquiries about products and services
Answering phones and making collection calls
Handling customer billing inquiries and resolutions
Assisting with name changes, Social Security Number reviews, checks, BRC account reviews, delinquencies, refunds, and bankruptcies
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
Established residency in Pennsylvania
Previous experience in a customer service, collections and/or call center environment preferred
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
