Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business requirements and transform them into functional specifications
Generate insightful analysis, reporting and data visualization to answer critical business questions, proactively identify notable trends and communicate business performance.
Consult with other experienced analysts to develop dashboards and metrics in order to identify key performance drivers and uncover unique insights.
Take ownership and develop customer’s reports that provide all the information needed.
Work closely with the operational stakeholders and consult them through analysis in order to reach their targets.
Oversee and assist in real time Monitoring
Communicate targets and expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
At least 2 years experience in business analytics in a high paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills) and data visualization tool of Power BI. Advanced skills on Power Bi will be considered as an asset
Experience with business intelligence , data integration, analysis, reporting and data visualization.
Ability to work in a constructive manner with a variety of customers, different levels of seniority and domain expertise.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
