Responsibilities
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen rund um den HGB-Einzelabschluss von Kreditgenossenschaften
- Prüfung von Fach- und Kundenanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, User Stories, Spezifikationen und fachlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Übersetzung komplexer fachlicher Inhalte in klare technische Umsetzungsanforderungen
- Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Entwickler*innen, Testteams und externen Partnern
- Mitarbeit in agilen Projekten sowie Übernahme von Teilaufgaben / Arbeitspaketen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Analysen (Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kreditgenossenschaften
- Erfahrung im Meldewesen oder in Jahresabschlussprozessen
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Verständnis für die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit und Softwareentwicklung
- Erste Erfahrung in Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessmodellierung oder fachlicher Konzeption
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
