- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Confidence in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with process modelling, requirements management, and BA toolsets
- A collaborative, outcomes focused approach
- Adaptability and resilience in fast changing environments
- Experience with frameworks such as BABOK, AGILE, HCD, user centred design, or Digital Service Standard is desirable but not essential.
