Responsibilities
Planning and booking hotels, rooms and catering for trainings and workshops
Administrative maintenance and management of training and seminar information in our systems
Preparation of certificates and processing of budget lists and requests
Support of the entire onboarding process for new employees
Organization of welcome events and materials to ensure a successful start
Coordination of appointments and processes in consultation with the relevant departments
Active participation in projects related to personnel development and recruiting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Initial experience in HR is an advantage — we are also open to career changers
You work in a structured manner, are well organized and reliable, and keep an overview even in stressful situations
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Very good knowledge of MS365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
