About the role
- Sachbearbeiter Personalentwicklung/Recruiting managing the planning of trainings and onboarding in Covivio. Responsible for administrative tasks and collaboration with internal partners in Oberhausen.
Responsibilities
- Planning and booking hotels, rooms and catering for trainings and workshops
- Administrative maintenance and management of training and seminar information in our systems
- Preparation of certificates and processing of budget lists and requests
- Support of the entire onboarding process for new employees
- Organization of welcome events and materials to ensure a successful start
- Coordination of appointments and processes in consultation with the relevant departments
- Active participation in projects related to personnel development and recruiting
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in HR is an advantage — we are also open to career changers
- You work in a structured manner, are well organized and reliable, and keep an overview even in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Very good knowledge of MS365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
