Services Operations Manager at Public Group managing external partners for home appliance installation. Responsible for optimizing service capacity and negotiations with contractors in Greece.
Responsibilities
Identify and establish partnerships with new & existing external service providers to expand the company's service installations capacity.
Manage negotiations, contracts and payments with partners to ensure seamless operations and cost reduction.
Communicate with and evaluate external partners based on their performance, organizing regular meetings.
Monitor and ensure the performance aligns with company targets, tracking and analyzing SLAs.
Launch new services and expand installation in new categories.
Build and grow a strong team, quickly solving any network-related issue.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
Technical knowledge of home appliance installation is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience in managing external partners and ensuring SLA adherence.
High level of customer obsession and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize KPIs.
Knowledge of English at a working level.
