Responsibilities
In this role you will help us present our content effectively, grow our reach, and continuously engage our community
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication
You are confident handling our media plans, can maintain an overview at all times, and have a strong sense of priorities and the bigger picture
You are responsible for designing and preparing the content of our standalone and B2B newsletters – from concept to final dispatch
For this, you coordinate with our advertising partners on the content and visual implementation of the newsletters
Your tasks include creating and designing advertising banners for our corplife Benefits platform
You support the creative development of graphic templates and marketing materials in line with our corporate design
You develop creative content for our social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) – from idea to execution. You are also comfortable appearing on camera if needed
Requirements
You organize your tasks independently, reliably, and in a well-structured way, can set priorities, and keep track of multiple parallel projects
You are undergoing vocational training in marketing, graphic design, or communication design, or you have a comparable qualification
You have a good eye for design and a strong sense for clear, target-group-appropriate communication
Team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility are natural for you – from the creative idea and content maintenance to finalizing or updating a presentation
Ideally, you already have some experience with Canva, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud

Salary: Base salary between €2,000 - €2,500 gross/month on a full-time basis; overpayment possible depending on qualifications and professional experience
